Simpson Technology was started as a result of gaps in the market and to bring something new and exciting to the market.  We are not just a business about selling machines as there are many large corporate companies already out there that do this and are not so personable to deal with we are individuals who are interested in what customers are doing, interacting in a two way relationship to find the best solutions and grow together with our customers.

We work in a way where it is totally unique in the market place to look at the overall application of a company and advice inside and outside of our box of available equipment. So even if there is something not in our portfolio we look and advise of better methods to provide a full service.

Where the Passion Begins

Managing Director

Scott was involved over the last 20 years with the TRUMPF Group.  Since 2009 he held positions at TRUMPF Ltd in the UK as Technical Director and Managing Director. Along with the above and having studied electrical and electronics in his earlier years he has worked in subcontract engineering including being a punch and laser technician with Murata Wiedemann and later TRUMPF. This has given Scott a sound experience in manufacturing and machine tools and the drive to start his own business.

At Simpson Technology Scott works closely with the customer to advise and fit the perfect solution for the customer. In his role as a Managing Director Scott ensures that the company achieves its mission of transforming the world of sheet metal processing and boosting factories productivity.

After studying International Business at Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences, Aline began her career in the engineering sector at TRUMPF in Germany as a spare parts manager being responsible for the markets Great Britain, France and South America. Two years later Aline took on a double role as a project manager in charge of IT projects and as an auditor for TRUMPF subsidiaries worldwide developing global process quality standards and jointly reinforcing them together with the subsidiaries.

In 2013 Aline relocated to the UK to work for the UK TRUMPF subsidiary as an internal SAP consultant for all departments of a sales and service company where she also got to know the specifics of the UK market.

After seven years at TRUMPF finally Simpson Technology Ltd was founded in 2015. At Simpson Technology Aline is taking care of Finance, Marketing, and of course IT.
