OVERVIEW

The G3015HF fiber laser cutting machine is a mature product which has now reached international leading level. This product series is at the high-end of the metal processing industry.

ULTRA-HIGH SPEED FLYING CUTTING

The dynamic performance of this series is raising the bar. The maximum positioning speed is up to 200m/min. The acceleration of the X/Y axis is up to 2.8G by double drive acceleration.
The G3015HF laser cutting machine can cut 0.5mm stainless steel at 120m/min. The high efficient processing creates higher value for the user.

LEADING TECHNOLOGY

Zero second piercing technology, flying cutting, leapfrog cutting, and compressed air cutting of stainless steel are reducing the cost of processing therefore improving the cutting efficiency. Han’s Laser has also developed a series of the world's advanced level of new technology, such as the following processes: adhesive film laser cutting, frequency cutting, power ramp control cutting and tight contour pulse cutting control.

STABLE PERFORMANCE

The G3015HF fiber laser cutting machine takes full advantage of fiber transmission, the laser is transmitted directly by the laser source to the cutting head of the machine tool. The mechanical structure is simple, the light path is constant and the cutting performance is stable with the machine being basically maintenance free.
