3D Laser Cutting Machine
HIGH EFFICIENCY
The machine tool adopts a hanging arm to work along with the beam to create greater felxibility for part processing. It is equipped with a double position rotating work table for continous production and therefore improving production efficiency.
LEADING TECHNOLOGY
The key parts of the equipment are analyzed by CAE dynamics with good dynamic rigidity and strong bearing capacity. The cutting head has N*360° infinite rotation and ±135°swing with a maximum speed of 173m/min and acceleration of 1.0G. The instant piercing function greatly improves production efficiency.
3D CUTTING
The equipment adopts fiber laser source and can realize the precision cutting requirement of 3-dimensional curved surface of thick sheet metal. The fiber laser has a high energy conversion rate, which is 60% lower than that of the same power CO2 laser and is free from optical path maintenance. The laser consumes no gas, and the equipment operation cost is thus reduced.
