Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group has been devoted to the research of laser welding, cutting and cladding, which has accumulated a wide application experience in laser fusion welding, laser wire filling, laser arc composite welding and laser remote welding. As laser technology has become one of the main processing methods in the modern automobile production therefore giving high efficiency and flexibility that are embodied in automobile body panel processing.

Three-dimensional construction, combined with multi-series, standardized, modular design, flexible selection of pore size and according to customer’s requirement with a flexible fixture of three-dimensional platform.
SPECIAL CONTROL SYSTEM
By setting the welding technical processing parameters on the touch screen and saving them to the PLC control system now means that the processes are streamlined and automated and can be monitored in real time.
STABLE AND RELIABLE
It is equipped with a high precision robot, innovative optimization design, light and compact machine tool. The robot can always keep the highest acceleration while avoiding obstacles and tracking the path thus improving productivity and efficiency.
